Today I talk with Heather Shriver Burns as she shares her story of transitioning from being a teacher to becoming an entrepreneur. Being a teacher was her childhood dream, although she quickly learned that it wasn’t what she wanted. She wasn’t feeling fulfilled like she thought she would, and she quickly learned how transitioning and overcoming objections led her to the life that she had always wanted.
Heather shares her journey and talks about her disappointment when she realized this. She ended up moving to Arizona and got a job at a publishing company. She still didn’t feel like this was the right fit for her, though. Eventually she found her path into network marketing. Now she coaches other entrepreneurs and encourages others to reframe their perceptions of their own skills and qualifications.
